1. Payment
When making a purchase at Olio Mel, he has the following payment methods at his disposal: MBway, ATM, Credit Card, and PayPal.
Mbway
At the purchase finishing you can enter the phone number receiving a order in the MBway app. Your order will be given as paid immediately after completion of payment, entering processing.
Multibly
Selecting this option, a multibanco reference will be generated, which will be presented to it on the screen when completing the order.
You will also receive this reference in the order confirmation email.
CREDIT CARD
Olio Mel takes into account the highest online payments security standards, so it uses a stripe in credit card payment processing, requiring the 3D Secure Active method.
3D Secure is an important protocol that is based on increasing the security level by adding an additional confirmation step: After introducing card data, the customer is directed to a page where you have to put a code (token) that is sent by SMS.
2. Shipping
Orders are processed daily, except on holidays (local or national), and weekends. Deliveries are made by the FEMA carrier, and made at 24-48h unless there is any error of home, or other force majeure.
Shipping sizes vary according to the weight of the order and are presented in the shopping cart.
If no one is found at the home, the carrier contacts the mobile phone to reset delivery. Orders that come returned to the absence of the client in the home of destination are the responsibility of the client.
3. Exchanges and Returns
If you have already received the order and it has a problem or if for some reason it is not satisfied, you can exchange, within 15 days from the date of the invoice.
To make the exchange, send an email to orders@oliomel.com, indicating the order number and the reference to exchange, so as to forward your order.
The Olio Mel It has the right to refuse returns whose communication has been done after the deadline, in which articles that are not under the same conditions under which they were purchased, or in the case of articles pointed out as non -refundable.
The packaging of the article is an integral part of the article. Must return the articles and their packaging in perfect condition. Otherwise it will not be possible to accept and process the return.
They are not refundable or eligible for exchange: pacifiers.

3. Prices
Product prices displayed in the store include VAT. Shipping rates are applied at the end of the order.
The exact price of the shipping fee will depend on the delivery country and the final weight of the order.
